Hi, I am trying your product for the first time, i am not happy with the amount of dust from other products that's being tracked so that was a major reason for choosing yours.  Also, there was the problem of odor with the other litters.

My Question is how to maintain the litter.  As of now I am removing any solid waste and skimming for liquids.  The problem is that your litter is so absorbent that I have hardly removed any at all.  The liquid is absorbed so fast that I find only a small amount of the surface.  There is almost no noticeable odour.  Is this how it should work?  If so I am definitely a very happy client and will continue with Hemp Sense.

Thank you for emailing us on our Cat Litter, we are very happy to hear you are giving it a try.  Yes, you are doing it right with daily removal of solid waste.  The hemp litter absorbs so quickly it sequesters the urine and odor at the bottom of the tray which keeps the top dry for your cats' feet.  With Minimal smell out cats know that their waste is covered. this helps minimize litter being kicked out of the tray by your cat in trying to cover the smell.

When you dispose of, it can go into your compost pile or in your garbage, either location benefits as the hemp cat litter biodegrades over time.  Minimizing waste and saving landfill space.
